Description: ONLINE SALES CONSULTANT SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Responsible for qualifying and managing leads and customer requests for new homes through
online and phone contacts; maintain website, CRM, and listing information

ONLINE SALES CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Respond to all email, phone and chat leads immediately
  • Qualify each lead based on needs
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online leads with the goal of setting an appointment with
  • the New Home Sales Consultants
  • Provide information and marketing materials to leads, along with other important selling
  • points of each community
  • Work with each lead to determine best community and floor plan
  • Utilize CRM on a daily basis
  • Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
  • Train New Home Sales Consultants on CRM, hand off process, etc. as needed
  • Manage accurate and updated website and listings

ONLINE SALES CONSULTANT SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

ONLINE SALES CONSULTANT WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, electronic stamp machines, and online
systems.

ONLINE SALES CONSULTANT POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours vary between weekday, weeknight, and weekend
hours as necessary

ONLINE SALES CONSULTANT TRAVEL
Occasional travel is required to support team in other areas.

ONLINE SALES CONSULTANT REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Previous sales experience desired, but not required
